This includes components like Windows Device Management, Context Aware Access, Single Sign On, and DLP.

As per business requirement AIMA group implemented Google Workspace Enterprise Standard Feature with the help of Econz. With the aid of mobile device management, BYOD and company-owned device usage was made possible for all end users, and various sets of policies were also enabled. Windows Device Management helped in keeping Windows Device Inventory in place as well as pushing policies from the backend (USB, Bluetooth, GCPW). Setting up the various contexts based on geographic location, IP-based restrictions, and device-based limits was made easier by context-aware access. All SAML-based business applications that allow single sign-on have been integrated with GWS, and GWS is now the identity provider.
