Profile Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Executive – Client Success to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for managing client renewals, retention, and overall account management,
ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and success. This role requires a strong understanding of
Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform, along with excellent relationship management and
problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities::

● Renewal & Retention Management:
○ Drive client retention and contract renewals to ensure continued business
growth.
○ Proactively engage with clients to address concerns and provide solutions that
enhance their experience.
● Account Management:
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
effectively.
○ Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on Google Workspace and
GCP solutions. Track and report key client metrics, identifying risks and
opportunities for improvement.

● Technical & Solution Support:
○ Assist clients in understanding and optimizing their use of Google Workspace and
GCP solutions.
○ Collaborate with technical teams to address client requirements and deliver
tailored solutions.

● Business Development & Upselling:
○ Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and
services.
○ Work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement
and drive revenue growth.
● Contract & Negotiation Management:
○ Handle contract negotiations and ensure smooth agreement renewals with
clients.
○ Work collaboratively with legal and finance teams to streamline processes.

General:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● B.Sc, BE/B.Tech or a related field.
● Proven experience in renewal, retention, or account management, preferably within the Google
Cloud or SaaS industry.
● Strong understanding of Google Workspace and/or Google Cloud Platform.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Experience with contract negotiation.
● Ability to understand and explain technical products to non-technical customers.

Preferred Qualifications
● Google Cloud certifications.
● Experience working with Google Cloud partners.
● Experience with SaaS sales.
