Profile Overview:

As a Field Sales Representative, you will leverage existing relationships with C-level executives, develop new relationships, and act as a trusted business partner to understand their unique company challenges and goals.

You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, closing enterprise deals, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive revenue growth in the MEA region through direct client engagement and effective account management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, results-driven, and skilled in building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities::

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the Middle East and Africa to meet sales targets, while building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle for Enterprise and Strategic accounts, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with Customer Engineers and the Google team to develop and execute account strategies, driving growth and unlocking opportunities with large enterprise customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, stay informed on industry trends, and gather competitive insights.
  • Provide sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the management team.

General:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 4-10 years of field sales experience in the technology industry in Middle East.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and self-starter skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 4-10 years of experience selling infrastructure software, databases, analytics tools, or applications ( Cloud Solutions – GCP,GWS/Microsoft), consistently exceeding business goals.
  • Experience collaborating with technical leads to assess existing software estates, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
  • Expertise in leveraging C-level relationships to promote software solutions over competitors.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
